The prize? A full year’s free subscription to the streaming platform dedicated to Italians living abroad worth $399.95, offering entertainment for the whole family through access to both the premium and kids packages.

The Freno family, originally from Abruzzo, was among the many who visited Il Globo TV’s stand on Sunday, June 1, at the Casa D’Abruzzo Club. They took part in the fun and engaging ‘Guess and Win’ game, where participants had to guess the number of pasta pieces in a large glass jar.

“We’re absolutely thrilled! It’s such a valuable opportunity to keep the Italian language and culture alive, not just for us adults, but especially for our children,” said Linda.

“It was a truly special day, made even better by the collaboration between community organisations, which created an incredible atmosphere.”

The family was delighted to hear they’d won. The kids will now be able to watch Italian cartoons on a safe and reliable platform, while grandfather Costantino can enjoy his favourite shows broadcast straight from Italy.

“This really is a prize for every generation,” added Antonio.

The streaming service gives access to a wide range of live Italian channels, including Rai Italia, LA7 Italia, Mediaset Italia and TGCOM24 as well as movies, TV series and plenty of entertainment programs.
