NCC stands for Noleggio Con Conducente (Car Rental with Driver), and theirs has become increasingly popular in Italy alongside traditional taxis.
One of the drivers, Riccardo Busi, told reporters “… we still think it is not too late for the mayor to test this speed limit in certain zones only, and not across the whole city”.
“We think the first citizen should turn his attention to more serious problems, such as fixing all the potholes and creating cycle paths.”
Busi said that with the new speed limit, “we risk not being able to work properly, and potentially losing our licenses”.
