Venezia had 54 per cent possession and created ten chances compared to Bari’s nine.
The visitors took the lead on the half-hour mark as Nicholas Pierini blasted Francesco Zampano’s cutback into the back of the net after some nice teamwork down the left hand side of the field.
Venezia didn’t get their second until the 90th minute, when Tanner Tessmann scored from outside the box after receiving the ball from Bari keeper Brenno who had just made a good one-on-one save but left the goals unattended in order to do so.
The away side sealed the points in the 97th minute when Ali Dembele beat Brenno at his near post from the right side.
Venezia are top of the table while Bari sit tenth, 12 points behind.
