MELBOURNE – Soccer, food and community will come together in the heart of Carlton as Brunetti Classico gears up to celebrate the world’s biggest international soccer tournament by transforming its iconic Lygon Street venue into a dedicated fan zone.

Throughout the competition, the flagship Carlton store will be equipped with multiple screens, giving supporters the chance to watch matches in a unique setting infused with authentic Italian hospitality. Brunetti Classico will proudly back the Socceroos while welcoming fans from around the globe – from Australia and Croatia to Argentina, Brazil, England and Portugal.

“Football has always been a sport that brings people together,” said Tory Angele, CEO of Brunetti Classico. “We can’t wait to get behind the Socceroos and welcome supporters from all backgrounds to share in the excitement of this incredible tournament.”

Whether enjoying a coffee and cannolo, lunch with friends, or watching a match over a pizza, guests will be able to take advantage of Brunetti’s extensive food offering, which includes Italian pastries, pasta, pizza, cakes and desserts.

The initiative will provide an alternative to traditional sports bars, combining the excitement of soccer with the warm, social atmosphere that has made Brunetti Classico a Melbourne institution for the past four decades.
